Commercial terms are confirmed in your proposal before work begins. We do not publish a standard minimum term until that policy is formally approved.
Can Joony film at my location?+
Yes. Growth includes one organised Phnom Penh filming session each month. Premium and custom plans can include more frequent production.
Can Joony manage an existing Facebook page?+
Yes. We can work with an existing Facebook and Instagram presence, subject to the right account access and an initial review.
Can you create content in Khmer and English?+
Bilingual production can be scoped to the needs of your audience. Language volume and professional review requirements are confirmed in your plan.
How quickly can we begin?+
Timing depends on onboarding, account access and production availability. After a consultation, we will give you a clear proposed start date.
What happens if I need more content?+
Plans can be customised. Additional posts, filming, languages, outlets and campaign support can be quoted separately.
Is this available outside Phnom Penh?+
